ORGANIC RUBBER
Available in sets of 9", 12", 15", and 18" diameter. A set is made of 2 pieces of 1/2" thickness. Custom sizes available upon request.
PR-1: Excellent for heavy build up. Good de-layering, excellent compound or adhesion to itself. 63 Duro.
PR-2: High quality. Excellent de-layering all temperature, stable, uniform shrinkage with good undercut capabilities. 66 Duro.
PR-3 (general purpose): Temperature stable. Excellent de-layering with no need of liquid chemicals. Superior life and good compatibility with lead free alloys for bulky figures. 63 Duro.
WR-4: Heat stable, very low shrinkage. Excellent for coins and flat round pieces. Not recommended for undercuts. 70 Duro.

SILICONE RUBBER
Silicone rubber is available in discs with diameters of 9", 12", 15", and 18". Sold by set, as well as rolls of approximately 20" wide (sold by the pound).
BACKSIL: Dual Purpose, great for handling polyurethanes, polyesters, and epoxies. Inexpensive back up of our other silicones, adding firmness and stability while economizing. 70 Duro.
ALSIL: Made for zinc aluminum. High temperature resistance. Outstanding for flat pieces. Very little undercut capability. 70 Duro.
LURESIL: Excellent for lead alloys. Greatly cuts mold preparation time over black rubber yet comparable in price. 50 Duro.
SOFTSIL: Excellent for pewter alloys and parts that have large undercuts or complex designs. Greatly speeds up mold making thus providing excellent payback when comparing time savings to black rubber.
ZINCSIL: Excellent for zinc. High temperature resistant with more undercut capability.

Mold markers for easy identification of molds. Available in white, orange, & yellow.
Mold settings and Pal nuts prevent the molds from shifting during the casting process.
